Residential window cleaning in Bendigo.
Say goodbye to smudges, dirty tracks, and dusty fly screens. We provide a meticulous, friendly domestic window washing service for single and double-storey homes across Central Victoria.
More than just the glass.
A proper residential window clean isn't finished until the surrounds look just as good. Here is what we detail when we visit your local property.
Interior & Exterior Glass
We clean both sides of your home's windows for a flawless, streak-free finish. No drips left on your walls, just perfectly clear glass looking out over the garden.
Window Tracks & Frames
We vacuum and wipe down the window tracks and sills, removing Bendigo red dust, dead bugs, and grime so your sliding doors and windows glide effortlessly again.
Fly Screen Washing
Screens hold incredible amounts of dust that blows back into your house. We carefully remove, hand-wash, and reinstall your fly screens for fresher airflow.
Safe 2-Storey Cleaning
We use professional water-fed extension poles to safely wash second-storey windows, clerestory glass, and skylights directly from the ground without leaning heavy ladders against your cladding.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Dusty solar panels can lose up to 20% of their efficiency. We use our water-fed extension poles to safely wash away debris, bird droppings, and Bendigo dust so you get the most out of your home's system.
Glass Pool Fencing
Hard water stains and chlorine splashes can ruin the look of your outdoor area. We safely restore glass pool fences and balcony balustrades to a crystal-clear, streak-free finish.
We treat your house like it’s our own.
Inviting a tradie into your Bendigo home requires trust. We make sure the only thing we leave behind is completely clean glass.
Drop sheets inside
We protect your carpets, timber floors, and furniture from water drips while working indoors.
Shoes off or covers
We never track outside dirt or mud into your living spaces.
Garden-friendly reach
By using telescopic extension poles for double-storey homes, we protect your garden beds and exterior walls from ladder damage.

Should I do inside and outside, or just exterior?
We always recommend inside and outside for your first clean with us — it gives you a true baseline and lets us identify any issues on either surface. Once that's done, many homeowners switch to exterior-only for routine maintenance cleans (since interior glass stays cleaner much longer without direct weather exposure) and add interior back in once or twice a year. That said, if you have kids or pets, interior glass tends to need more regular attention.
How do I prepare my home before you arrive?
A little prep goes a long way and helps us work faster and more carefully through your home:
- Clear window sills. Move any plants, candles, ornaments, or books off interior sills so we have full access to the frame and glass.
- Pull back blinds and curtains. Tie them back or remove them if possible — it protects them from any accidental drips and gives us clean access.
- Unlock window latches. For interior cleans, go through and unlock each window beforehand. Locked windows significantly slow down the job.
- Unlock side gates. We need clear perimeter access for exterior work — gates left locked mean we can't reach certain windows.
- Secure dogs. Let us know in advance if you have dogs, especially for exterior work when we're moving around the yard. Keep them inside or in a separate area during the clean.
- Move patio furniture if needed. Clear anything directly in front of ground-floor exterior windows so we can position safely.
You don't need to move heavy furniture — we'll work around it and let you know if anything is blocking access.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
For exterior-only cleans, no — just leave gates unlocked and we'll message you when we're done. For interior cleans, someone needs to be home to let us in. We work around your schedule and are happy to book early morning or weekend slots to suit.
During the Clean
What exactly is included in a standard residential clean?
A standard residential clean covers all accessible window panes — exterior only, or interior and exterior depending on what you've booked. We clean the glass, wipe down frames and sills as part of the process, and do a final detail pass to catch any missed drips or edges. Fly screen cleaning, window track vacuuming, double-storey access, and glass pool fences are priced as add-ons so you only pay for what you actually need.
Will the water or cleaning solution damage my floors or curtains?
We use minimal-moisture techniques indoors and are fully conscious of carpet, timber floors, and soft furnishings. We carry absorbent cloths and work carefully around window sills and floors to catch any drips. We use a professional-grade, low-residue solution that's safe on all common frame materials — timber, aluminium, and uPVC. If you have pale carpet or particularly delicate flooring near your windows, just mention it when you book and we'll take extra care.
Can you clean heritage or timber-framed windows?
Yes — Bendigo has a lot of beautiful heritage homes and we're experienced with older timber-framed windows, leadlight, and divided-light sashes. We avoid excess moisture on timber frames and use appropriate soft-bristle tools rather than anything abrasive. If your home has leadlight or stained glass panels, please mention it when booking so we can bring the right equipment and take the extra care those windows deserve.
After the Clean
What if I notice a spot or streak after you've left?
Just get in touch within 48 hours and we'll come back and sort it at no charge. We stand behind our work. That said, do check glass in natural daylight rather than artificial lighting — angled sunlight reveals things that aren't actually there under indoor lights, and can make a perfectly clean pane look streaky depending on the angle.
How long will my windows stay clean?
Exterior glass in Bendigo typically stays looking clean for 6–12 weeks depending on your environment — homes near paddocks, busy roads, or with irrigation close to the house will dirty faster. Interior glass often stays clean for 3–6 months unless you have kids, pets, or a woodfire that creates airborne residue. To extend the life of your clean, redirect any sprinklers away from glass and keep tracks clear of debris so grit doesn't transfer back onto the pane each time you open a window.
